DY-X/C15 is a special cleaning agent for down feather，which can effectively remove grease,dust, blood, peculiar smell, etc. Make it cleaner, more fluffy, more glossy.

【Character】

1、It has good washing, emulsification, degreasing and decontamination functions, and can effectively remove grease, dirt and odor on feather down.

2、Improve the bulkiness and cleanliness of down.

3、Acid and alkali resistance, good stability to hard water and other chemical finishing agents.

5、No APEO, no formaldehyde, no phosphorus, biodegradable, in line with EU environmental protection requirements.

【Directions】

1、Dosage: Under normal circumstances，the amount of detergent used should be 3-4% of the weight of dry down feather. According to the quality requirements and raw material wool quality it can be increased or decreased；Low fat of raw down feather: 2.0-2.5% O.W.F(by dry weight); Heavier fat of raw down feather: 3-4% O.W.F (by dry weight); Extremely heavy fat of raw down feather: 3-5% O.W.F. (by dry weight).

2、Washing temperature, normal temperature. The best washing effect is 40-50℃.

3、After washing for 30-40 minutes, rinse with water. If the quality requirements are higher, wash again and then rinse with water. The times of rinsing are generally 8-15 according to requirements.

【Packing and Storage】

1、125 KG, 200KG, 1000 KG per barrel, loading carefully, keep upright, store with ventilated, dry and cool.

2、Storage period: 2 years.

3、Transport as non-hazardous chemicals.
