【Features】

1. It can impart excellent antistatic properties.

2. Good durability, easy to wash off, low viscosity, also diluted or directly sprayed with the original liquid.

3. It can be compatible with non-ionic and anionic products, and can not be mixed with cationic products.

4. It can be used alone or in combination with hemao oil.

 

【Applications】

1. Applicable fiber: natural fiber such as wool and synthetic fiber.

2. Applicable procedures: combing sliver making, spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing, etc.

 

【Instructions in use】

Recommended dosage: calculated by fiber weight

(1) Spray method: 0.2-0.4% for making strips

Worsted 0.1-0.2%

Semi-worsted 0.2-0.8%

Woollen 0.3-1%

(2) Padding method: 1-3%

Customers can increase or decrease the dosage according to the amount of static electricity.

 

2. How to use:

Add the antistatic DK-1W to deionized water (or tap water) and stir until it is uniform before use. When used in conjunction with Hemao Oil, first make the Hemao Oil into an emulsion, and then add the antistatic agent DK-1W to the emulsion, and stir it evenly before use.

 

【Precautions】

1. Do not mix the crude oil and the antistatic agent DK-1W stock solution and then add water and stir, which will easily lead to difficulty in dissolution or crystallization.

2. Prevent sewage, dust, bacteria and other foreign matter from being mixed into the barrel during use after opening, which will easily cause the antistatic agent to deteriorate and smell.

3. Once the container is opened, do not store it in a hot and humid environment. It is recommended to use it up in a short time. Long-term exposure to the air will cause deterioration, volatilization, and increase in viscosity.

4. If it has deteriorated, please do not continue to use it.

 

【Packaging, storage and transportation】

1. Store in a dry, ventilated and cool place, avoid direct sunlight.

2. Under normal circumstances, the shelf life is 2 years in the unopened state.

3. The packaging is 50, 120, 1000 kg plastic drums.
