Eco friendly degerasing detergent uses high grade plant-based ingredients and special techniques to fabricate. It is added environment friendly elements , providing superior overall capability including humectation, permeation, emulsification, cleansing, degreasing and dispersal. In woolen industry, eco friendly degerasing detergent is used as a raw wool detergent, wool carbonization auxiliary and a wool dyeing detergent. The processed scoured wool owns stabilized residual grease, good whiteness, little ash, soft feel, good wool loose, high production rate and more grease recovery, with ideal result in all index.

【Character】
1、Meet environmental requirements，no APEO，formaldehyde-free，non-phosphorus，biodegradable，has passed the INTERTEK environmental certification.
2、It has excellent washing, emulsifying and degreasing ability.
3、It’s neutral detergent, does not contain acid or alkaline substances,will not damage wool and other protein fibers, will not do harm to skin and equipments.
4、Acid and alkali resistance, will not affected by hard water, low-farming.
5、Non-ionic detergent,can be mixed with anion,cation,non-ionic additives.

6、Has excellent biodegradability, is conducive to the processing after recovering the lanolin, also the treatment of sewage and sludge.
7、Excellent fluidity under low temperature, easy to use in winter.

【Directions】

1.Add eco friendly degerasing detergent according to the above usage directly into a washing tank at a temperature of 45℃ to 60℃.
2.When dilution is required, please add water with temperature between 35℃ to 50℃ into a mixing tank, and dilute it to about 10% (stir continuously), before adding to the washing tank.

1、120 KG，200 KG，1000 KG per barrel，loading carefully，keep upright，store with ventilated, dry and cool.
2、Storage period: 3 years.
3、Transport as non-hazardous chemicals.
