Resin SZ-3

Resin is used on wool to make it resistant to shrinkage.The wool is first prechlorinated, dechlorinated, and then 10-15 % resin is applied.It is then softened and dried to achieve super washable wool standards.

Application

• As a cationic product,this resin can be used for large bath ratio absorption in the dye tank, and also be quickly absorbed on continuous equipment
• The resin can be used for continuous top anti-shrinking or intermittent anti-shrinking process.
• This resin does not need special drying conditions. It is better to dry wool with SZ-3 resin through a drying machine with a temperature of not more than 60-80 ℃. Too high temperature can cause wool top feels rough.

Packaging and Storage

• The resin is packaged in 1000-litre IBC barrels or tank cars.
• SZ-3 needs to be stored at room temperature. The freezing temperature will make the resin become solid.After freezing, SZ-3 must be warmed up at room temperature and dissolved by stirring before continuing to use. However, it cannot be heated with a heat source higher than room temperature. Please store it in a dry and cool place away from the heat source.
