Eco-Degreasing Detergent X100-A/C

The eco-degreasing detergent X100-A/C is processed by special materials and processes, and has more excellent comprehensive properties such as wetting, penetration, emulsification, washing, degreasing and dispersion.X100-A/C has a very good fast degreasing effect on fine wool, and can save 10-30% detergent consumption on coarse wool. This product is environmentally safe, free of APEO, formaldehyde and phosphorus, and has passed the INTERTEK safety and environmental protection test.

Character

1、This product has excellent wetting, penetrating, emulsifying, degreasing, dispersing and washing capabilities;

2、It’s neutral detergent, does not contain acid or alkaline substances,will not damage wool and other protein fibers, will not do harm to skin and equipments.

3、Acid and alkali resistance, will not affected by hard water.

4、Non-ionic detergent,can be mixed with anion,cation,non-ionic auxiliaries.

Usable Range

1、Used as detergent and degreaser in raw wool washing;

2、Used as penetrant, detergent and degreaser in wool carbonization;

3、Used as pretreatment agent, degreaser and detergent in wool dyeing.

Recommended Usage

Directions

Add Eco-degreasing detergent X100-A/C according to the above usage directly into a washing tank at a temperature of 45℃ to 65℃.(water temperature below 40 ℃ is not conducive to dissolution)

2.When dilution is required, please add water with temperature between 35℃ to 50℃ into a mixing tank, and dilute it to about 10% -20% before adding to the washing tank.(stir continuously, the dilution concentration should not exceed 25%)

Attention

If the temperature is lower than 5 ℃, the upper layer will be clear and the lower layer will be turbid, and its chemical properties may change to some extent. Before use, be sure to stir it evenly, or melt the whole barrel of product through external heating, and then use it. Heating under 80 ℃ for no more than 24 hours will not affect the chemical properties of the product.

2、 It is forbidden to directly inject steam into the layered or frozen product packaging barrel for heating.

Packing and Storage

1、This product is non-toxic and not easy to burn.

2、Sealed and placed at normal temperature. The shelf life is 2 years at room temperature.

3、The packaging is 200kg iron bucket and 1000kg plastic bucket.

4、Transport as non-hazardous chemicals.
