Character
This product is a highly concentrated product with excellent excellent ability of washing, emulsification and dispersion, and can effectively degrease and decontaminate down and feather.

Serviceable Range
Dosage: under normal conditions, the amount of detergent used for raw down (including impurities) is 2-3% of the weight of dry down, which can be increased or decreased appropriately according to the quality requirements and the raw wool quality. For low fat raw material down: 1.0-1.5% O.W.F (calculated by dry down gross weight); For more fat raw material down: 2-3% O.W.F (calculated by dry down gross weight); For heavy fat raw material down: 3-4% O.W.F (calculated by dry down gross weight).
Washing temperature: normal temperature - 60 ℃. The best washing temperature is 50-55 ℃.
Rinse with clean water after 30 minutes of washing. If the quality requirement is higher, the amount of detergent and auxiliary agent can be increased, and the washing time can be extended. Then rinse with clean water, and the rinsing times are generally 10-15 times according to the requirements.
It is used for initial washing and fine washing process.
Packing and Storage
125 KG，1000 KG per barrel，loading carefully，keep upright，store with ventilated, dry and cool in sealed condition.
Storage period: 2 years (keep at room temperature).
Transport as non-hazardous chemicals.
Stay away from fire.
Attention
The operating temperature should not exceed 60 ℃.
Too much or too little use may have adverse effects on washing.
It can be used directly or diluted.
Do not touch eyes and skin. Once in contact, please wash it with clean water immediately.
