Character
This product is a highly concentrated product with excellent excellent ability of washing, emulsification and dispersion, and can effectively degrease and decontaminate feather.
Make feather more fluffy and clean.
Low foam, easy to rinse.
Neutral formula, will not do harm to feather.
Acid and alkali resistance, good stability for hard water and other chemical finishing agents.
Good biological characteristics, no APEO, meeting EU environmental protection requirements.
Serviceable Range
Dosage: under normal conditions, the amount of detergent used for raw feather (including impurities) is 2-3% of the weight of dry feather, which can be increased or decreased appropriately according to the quality requirements and the raw feather quality. For normal fat raw material feather: 2-2.5% O.W.F (calculated by dry feather gross weight); For more fat raw material feather: 3-4% O.W.F (calculated by dry feather gross weight). For heavy fat material feather: 3-5% O.W.F (calculated by dry feather gross weight).
Rinse with clean water after 30-40 minutes of washing. If the quality requirement is higher, the amount of detergent and auxiliary agent can be increased, and the washing time can be extended. Then rinse with clean water. The best washing temperature is 40-55 ℃.
Packing and Storage
125 KG，1000 KG per barrel，loading carefully，keep upright，store with ventilated, dry and cool in sealed condition.
Storage period: 2 years (keep at room temperature).
