【Character】

【Directions】
Dosage：raw materials(including impurities). Under normal circumstances，the amount of detergent used should be 2-3% of the weight of dry down feather.According to the quality requirements and raw material wool quality it can be increased or decreased；Low fat of raw down feather: 1.0-1.5% O.W.F(by dry weight); Heavier fat of raw down feather: 2-3% O.W.F (by dry weight); Extremely heavy fat of raw down feather: 3-4% O.W.F. (by dry weight).
Washing temperature: normal temperature. The best washing effect at 30-40℃.
After washing for 30-40 minutes, rinse with water. If the quality requirements are higher, wash again and then rinse with water. The times of rinsing are generally 10-15 according to requirements.
4.For primary cleaning process, also suitable for fine cleaning process.
【Packing and Storage】
1、125 KG, 1000 KG per drum, loading carefully, keep upright, store with ventilated, dry and cool.
2、Storage period: 2 years.
3、Transport as non-hazardous chemicals.
4、Stay away from fire.
【Cautions】
1、The operating temperature should not exceed 55℃.
2、Too much or too little can have an adverse effect on washing.
3、It can be used directly or diluted.
4、The eyes and skin should not be touched, please immediately clean with water once touched.
