【Applied technology】

1.Dyeing and antibacterial and insect repellent treatment process

Dyeing and antibacterial and insect-proof treatment are suitable for various dyeing processes such as loose hair dyeing, top dyeing, piece dyeing, skein dyeing, and garment dyeing, and can be used in the dyeing process of various dyes such as acid, neutral, reactive, and acid medium. . In general, the addition of antibacterial and moth repellent DY-Z1 does not need to change the original dyeing process conditions.

Recommended dosage of antimicrobial and mothproof agent DY-Z1: 1-2%(omf) for piece dyeing and woollen yarn dyeing; 0.5-2%(omf) for disperse dyeing and top dyeing.

2. Post-finishing anti-moth treatment process

The post-finishing anti-moth treatment is mainly suitable for products that have not been dyed or some fibers have not been dyed, such as white wool, woolen cloth, blankets, carpets, etc.

Recommended dosage of antimicrobial and mothproof agent DY-Z1: 1-2%(omf).

【Packaging and storage】

Packaged in 25kg, 50kg, 120kg plastic drums, the storage period is one year.

Excellent fluidity under low temperature, easy to use in winter.

【Directions】

1.Add X100-Y to a washing tank at a temperature of 40℃ or more for direct use.

2.Before adding to the washing tank,dilute X100-Y in a separate tank with warm water which temperature is between 35℃ to 55℃ according to 10% of X100-Y and 90% of water portion(stir continuously).

【Packing and Storage】

1、120 KG，200 KG，1000 KG per barrel，loading carefully，keep upright，store with ventilated, dry and cool.
