【Directions】
1. Recommended usage:
Woollen oil/water ratio 1:3-1:6 dilution 3.0-4.0% O.W.F
Semi-worsted oil/water ratio of 1:6-1:10 dilution 0.5-1.0% O.W.F
Worsted oil water ratio of 1:6-1:10 dilution 0.5—1.5% o.w.f
2.Preparation method:
(1) Prepare the required deionized water (or tap water) first, start the stirring device, and slowly add the crude oil to the water, and continue to stir for about 10 - 20 minutes after the addition is complete to make the emulsion uniform.
(2) Add the required antistatic agent, stir evenly and then use.
The formulated emulsion should be used up as soon as possible.
【Packing and Storage】
1、Standard packaging is 125 KG, 200KG, 1000 KG per drums.
2、It is forbidden to touch open flames and avoid direct sunlight and frozen.
3、Store at room temperature, the shelf life is 1 years in the unopened state.Once the container is opened, it is recommended to use it up in a short time.
4、Transport as non-hazardous chemicals.
