【Directions】

1.Recommended dosage: 0.3-0.8% of the weight of the wool fiber. The specific dosage is determined by the amount of residual oil in the scouring wool and the requirements of the wool top.

Working environment: temperature 25-28℃, humidity 65-80%.

2.Add by nozzle during carding. It can be applied directly with 100% stock solution, or used after being formulated into 10%-20% emulsion.

Preparation method:

(1) Prepare the required deionized water (or tap water) first, start the stirring device, and slowly add the crude oil to the water, and continue to stir for about 10 minutes after the addition is complete to make the emulsion uniform.

(2) Add the required antistatic agent, stir evenly and then use.

When preparing a large amount of emulsion in a large storage tank, stir regularly to maintain the stability of the emulsion.

The formulated emulsion should be used up as soon as possible.

3.If necessary, it can also be applied at the end of the needle comb to control the moisture regain and oil content of the top.

【Packing and Storage】

1、Standard packaging is 50, 100, 900 kg plastic drums.

3、Store at room temperature, the shelf life is 3 years in the unopened state.Once the container is opened, it is recommended to use it up in a short time.
