Temperature selection: The temperature of the washing solution has a significant impact on the washing effect. High temperature can accelerate the dissolution of lanolin, make it easy to peel off, reduce the surface tension of the washing solution, and promote the penetration of fibers by the washing solution; Accelerate Saponification and play the role of washing. However, excessive temperature can easily cause wool felt to shrink and tangle; In alkaline wool washing, excessive temperature can damage the fibers, making the wool yellow in color and rough in feel.
By using neutral wool washing and increasing the washing temperature appropriately, the washing efficiency can be improved without damaging the wool. It is generally used to wash wool at a temperature of 60-65 ℃, which has a better washing effect. The wool has less shrinkage and entanglement, making it more reasonable.
