On the morning of January 13th, Zhejiang Yongjin Biotechnology Co., Ltd. successfully concluded the system import kickoff meeting. This kick-off meeting marks the official collaboration between Yongjin Biotechnology and Changsong Consulting, embarking on the journey of introducing organizational systems with the aim of creating an efficient, collaborative, and sustainable organizational system to assist enterprises in achieving high-quality development.
At the kickoff meeting, the leaders of Yongjin Biotechnology and the Changsong Consulting team had in-depth exchanges on project objectives, implementation steps, expected results, and other aspects. Both parties unanimously expressed their strong sense of responsibility and mission to fully promote the smooth implementation of the project and ensure the expected results are achieved.
In order to better help Yongjin Biotechnology employees understand the concept and significance of introducing organizational systems, Changsong Consulting also carefully prepared relevant books and held a book donation ceremony at the meeting. The book covers aspects such as organizational management, leadership, team collaboration, and sales, aiming to provide employees with more comprehensive and in-depth learning resources.
After the kickoff meeting, the Changsong consulting team also conducted detailed one-on-one interviews with employees of Yongjin Biotechnology. By deeply understanding the actual needs and work situation of employees, Changsong Consulting will tailor a more comprehensive organizational system for Yongjin Biotechnology and provide more accurate consulting services.
